Team Training

Knocksville is “Every Team’s Facility”. We don’t have our own teams, and we are not an academy or travel ball organization. Knocksville is a team training facility, a resource for all teams in the surrounding baseball and softball community.

Given the size of the facility, dedicated turf infield, and variety of training spaces, Knocksville can accommodate multiple teams all day every day, allowing teams to maximize the efficiency of their practice time.

Knocksville is designed for teams all of ages and skill levels. Affordable Team Membership options are available based on the desired number of practices per month.

Training Space

  • Full-size turf infield equipped with bases, portable mounds, pitching machines, and HitTrax system
  • Oversized cages designed and equipped to accommodate every team’s practice needs

Group Training

Baseball + Softball

Develop skills, measure improvements, celebrate successes, and repeat. Our experienced trainers use data and assessments to develop benchmarks and track player progress. Group training is fun, competitive, and provides every player the opportunity to play at their full potential.

How It Works

  • Who: All ages and skill levels for both baseball and softball
  • Age Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 13+
  • Types of Training: All bases covered – hitting, pitching, fielding, baserunning, and strength & conditioning

Training Sessions

  • Sessions: 60-minute sessions scheduled throughout the week for each age division
  • Booking: Members have access to real-time booking through the Knocksville app
  • Membership Type: Group Training Sessions are included in all Personal Memberships

Individual Training

More than just a batting cage. Knocksville features state-of-the art training space and cutting-edge equipment for both baseball and softball. Members can schedule reserved sessions directly through the mobile app. There’s no more waiting in line or calling ahead. Just book your session and your spot will be waiting for you.

Video Simulation Pitching Machines

  • The ultimate hitting experience – step inside our hitting bays and swing for the fences as you enjoy the most advanced video simulation pitching machine technology in the market
  • 60-minute sessions capped at 3 people per session to ensure maximum efficiency as you perfect your swing

Private Cage Rentals

  • Cage rentals include pitching mounds, L-screens, tees, portable pitching machines, and anything else you need to make the most of your training session

Private Training

Knocksville takes a holistic approach to private training, designed to equip players both mentally and physically to develop confidence and reach their full potential on and off the field.

Knocksville Trainers utilize HitTrax technology to evaluate and assess players to gain an in-depth understanding of their strengths and opportunities for improvement. The data collected is used to design personalized training programs that propel players towards their goals. Through ongoing assessment players are able to measure their gains as they work to identify, develop, and own their edge.

Training Program

  • Trainers use data collected from player assessments to create a customized monthly training program
  • The program covers all aspects of the game – hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, strength & conditioning
  • Debrief meetings will be held monthly to evaluate progress, celebrate success, and set new goals

Training Sessions

  • Players can choose between 30-minute and 60-minute sessions
  • Private training space provides a first-class experience for every session featuring HitTrax technology and iPitch® smart pitching machine
