  • PM Weekly Session: 1:00pm – 4:00pm (9+)
  • Camp Size: Both weekly sessions, AM and PM, will be limited to 40 total campers per session

Registration and Refund Policy

Because there are limited spots in each weekly session and age division, registering for a Knocksville camp does not guarantee your spot in that specific camp. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, and anyone that registers after spots are filled will be placed on a waiting list in the order of registrations received. Credit card information is required for registration, but your card will not be charged until your spot in camp is secured and confirmed. Once payment is processed there are no refunds for cancelled campers or no-shows.

Event Waiver Agreement

As parent/guardian, I hereby grant permission for the above to participate in Knocksville Camps. I acknowledge the fact that she is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby release the camp and its employees from all claims from injuries or illness which may be sustained by the above and authorize treatment in an emergency basis in the event such treatment becomes necessary while attending camp. I also grant permission to Knocksville to photograph the above for future advertisement of this camp.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Corona virus/COVID-19

The novel corona virus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments as well as federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. Knocksville has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Knocksville cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending a Knocksville athletics camp could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that your child(ren) and yourself may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting Knocksville and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Knocksville may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Knocksville employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to your child(ren) or yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with your child(ren)’s time at Knocksville or participation in Knocksville programming (“Claims”). On your behalf, and on behalf of your child(ren), you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Knocksville, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Knocksville, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Knocksville program. Additionally, you also certify that within the last two weeks, your child(ren) have not had new or worsening signs or symptoms of COVID-19 including, but not limited to cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit, and/or known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19. Should your child(ren) present any of these symptoms you understand that they will be placed in quarantine and a parent/legal guardian will be contacted to come and remove them from the camp immediately. Should your child(ren) test positive or be awaiting test results for COVID-19 during the duration of the camp, you must notify the camp director immediately. Finally, you understand there is an enhanced risk of campers being in direct contact with anyone age 65 or older for 14 days after the conclusion of the camp. Knocksville reserves the right to additionally impose any and all State of Texas mandated restrictions on camps and public gatherings, including, and in excess of, an of the above referenced procedures.
